Strategic Sales Manager - Security Products (North Asia)

Job Duties:

  • Drive growth in market share and sales revenue for security products
  • Effectively identify/develop/ manage channel partners including distributors, dealers and system integrators
  • Create demand through demonstration and engagement with end-users/consultants/architects
  • Work with marketing team in events/promotions/roadshows to build brand equity
  • Provide market and customer feedback to product management to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Provide excellent customer service through engagement and dedication to customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in business, engineering, networking or IT
  • Minimum 3 years of electronics / IT sales experience
  • Sound knowledge of physical security system / industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Basic IP networking knowledge
  • Must be fluent in English and Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin
  • Strong personality, self-motivated, flexible to business demands and can work under pressure
  • Able to travel overseas and work independently
  • Fresh graduate in related discipline with good potential will also be considered for the position of Application Engineer
