Strategy Analyst - Transformation Projects

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the strategy counterpart to senior management to support the formulation of the company’s strategy
  • Assist in preparing business plans, strategic proposals and presentations
  • Research, write and organize information in a professional and credible manner
  • Maintain consistency in business writing by following company practice
  • Identify and re-work existing pre-written content according to feedback
  • Attend meetings and liaise with business heads for preparing business proposals
  • Assist in driving ad-hoc projects that are strategic in nature

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business related disciplines from a recognized university
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in management consulting
  • Project Management with six-sigma or PMI certificates is an advantafe
  • The ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and interface with cross-functional people in the group is essential
  • Strong stakeholders management
  • Possesses excellent communication skills with good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
