Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project development plan, track and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new services / product and perform post-implementation review after launch
  • Work closely with segment and product managers to prepare user requirements with the best market practice and excellent customer experience
  • Drive business users and suggest improvement / creative idea for making platforms competitive
  • Manage the development and enhancement of CRM tools and applications across different segments, products and channels to enhance customer experience and cross-selling opportunities
  • Establishment of customer analytics platform by reviewing system capability, understanding the data structure and integrity, developing the information infrastructure for effective analysis and report tracking & automation
  • Liaise and coordinate with operations, technologies, customer service, sales and marketing, legal and compliance and other department to complete the project
  • Perform regular management reporting and service benchmarking
  • Prepare documentation on new products and services for internal control departments' review and approval

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate or above
  • 5 years’ or above work experience gain from project management, operations, customer service etc
  • Exposure in CRM system development and deployment, database marketing, database development, report tracking and automation
  • Experience in customer service, technology, software development, product development and financial field are an advantage
  • Knowledge in financial market and product is a plus
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality, detailed-minded, able to multi-task with good organizational skills and a good team player
  • High integrity, mature, strong initiative and able to work independently
