Our client is a leading HK-listed property developer.
This position is responsible for the development of marketing strategy projects in terms of the tenant mix and customer services. You have to study the big data and customer behaviours to understand the business position, as well as to learn about the market trend and competitor information to suggest actionable recommendations.
To qualify, you should have a very analytical mind and have working experience in consultant firm and/or top-tier consumer brands. Exposure to the property sector is a plus. Excellent command of English and Chinese is a must.
