Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Put together and structure products tailored to the needs and expectations of clients:
  • Manage transactions according to the Bank's procedures and in liaison with other departments
  • Prepare the documents required for transactions according to the models defined and draft the legal documentation with help of the Legal department
  • Produce the sales and marketing documents to promote the products and the term sheets in the case of complex products

Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist with origination of new GSCS lending and capital markets transactions across APAC
  • Prepare marketing materials, client presentations, and term-sheets for external use
  • Coordinate structuring and execution of GSCS lending and capital markets transactions, including
  • Liaising with clients and third party advisers
  • Managing ratings process (if applicable)
  • Reviewing legal documentation
  • Drafting internal approval memorandums (such as credit memos)
  • Coordinating marketing efforts (liaising with sales force, preparing marketing materials, arranging roadshows)
  • Coordinating all internal processes (operational booking, funding, etc)
  • Liaising with GSCS teams in Europe & US as well as other Natixis businesses globally to enhance cooperation and/or support Asian structuring and execution efforts
  • Assist with ongoing portfolio management and monitoring of GSCS APAC principal lending portfolio
  • Syndication / sell-down of GSCS APAC lending positions
  • Organization of road shows (deal and non-deal)
  • Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

General skills:

  • 3-6+ years work experience in Asia Pacific region working in securitization, corporate finance, fixed income structuring, or structured credit role at an investment bank, or comparable experience from rating agency or asset management. Securitization experience preferred
  • Fluency in English with strong oral and written presentation skills required
  • Fluency in Asian languages (especially Mandarin Chinese) and/or work experience in Australian securitization markets preferred
  • Strong technical and quantitative analysis skills, ideally including structured finance cash flow modeling, portfolio and historical data analysis experience in respect of CLOs, RMBS, and/or ABS
  • Strong transaction execution experience, preferably with a track record of managing execution of bond or loan transactions including term-sheet negotiation, legal documentation review, coordination of third party advisers (e.g., legal counsel, auditors, due diligence firms), preparation of marketing materials, roadshows, etc.
  • Excellent team spirit and ability to work within a small team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines
