  • Achieve agreed business unit sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team of sales staff 
  • Deliver and ensure the team with consistent and high standard of customer service at all times 
  • Ensure store operation standards and daily housekeeping standards are maintained at all times 
  • Provide the training and coaching to the team to ensure the service standards are consistently executed at all times


  • Form 5 or above with minimum 5 years related experience in retail and/or service industry in which 2 years in supervisory level 
  • Experience with high-end fashion is preferred 
  • Presentable, organized, energetic, result-focused and able to lead a team of sales staff 
  • Ability to motivate staff and achieve company sales target 
  • Customer oriented, passion for fashion with good people skill 
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
