Subscriptions Sales Manager | Subscriptions Department

We now require a focused sales professional with the drive and ability to join our successful subscription sales team working on FinanceAsia & AsianInvestor products. Basic with commission, excellent earning opportunity with on-target earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warm and cold call prospecting via telephone within different geographic areas.
  • Calling individuals to introduce products and offer subscriptions to close sales.
  • Making daily call quotas and meeting monthly/weekly sales targets.
  • Follow up on new leads from various sources qualifying their customer potential for subscriptions.
  • Research the audience base to develop a plan for new business.
  • Document all outbound and inbound calling activity in the CRM tool.
  • Escalate larger corporate subscription sales opportunities to sales management.
  • Acquire and relay competitive knowledge to management.
  • Work during hours specified, based on country time zone assigned. (e.g. 11PM – 5AM for US Markets).


Skills and Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent telephone skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Targeting potential new subscriptions and prospects throughout the world, the ability to plan and prioritise personal sales activity, along with a positive work ethic, is essential.

Knowledge of the finance, investment or commercial banking industry would be advantageous, but experience in tele-sales is essential. A subscription sales background is strongly preferred. Excellent standard of English language is required. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Subscriptions Sales Executive.
