Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide daily support and assist day to day customer services / operations activities to assigned team Prepare regular reports and ensure accurate output Support system testing, system enhancements and implementation of projects Assist in preparing user manual for new systems Assist the managers to collect feedback from user in order to streamline the workflow and achieve operations efficiency
Undergraduate with strong interpersonal skills Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua Service oriented and positive mindset Responsible and Strong attention to details Knowledge and experience in MS Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel is required; Chinese Word Processing (ChangJie) is preferred
