RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Restaurant Manager to perform daily operations and drive sale performance
  • Provide support in food and beverage selection and ordering, price setting, stock controlling and staff management
  • Support manage to supervise daily operations for guest services and coordinate in events
  • Capable of building relationships with team members and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicant with formal training in Hospitality
  • Min. 3 to 5 year relevant experience in hotels and western restaurants with at least 1 year experience at supervisory level
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, proactive and customer-oriented
  • A good team-player with strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Customer focused and results oriented
  • Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered Captain
