Supervisor, Client Administration Service

  • Supervise a team of Client Service Administrators
  • Monitor and approve daily administration for Employer Schemes, SEP and/or Personal Accounts
  • Provide training and coaching to junior staff
  • Ensure data accuracy and on time delivery
  • Handle ad hoc assignment as required


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines with professional qualification of MPFI is preferred
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Pension industry in which 3 years’ are in supervisory level
  • Excellent problem-solving, customer focused and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel and Word, etc
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
