Supervisor (Contract)

Qualification & Requirement:

• Either (I) A Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Air-conditioning Engineering issued by an Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent, and at least three (3) year’s postqualification supervisory experience in the operation and maintenance of medium to large HVAC installation; or (II) At least ten (10) year’s post-apprenticeship supervisory experience in the operation and maintenance of medium to large HVAC installation.
• Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate, holder of REW Grade B or above.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• A strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3-year contract.

Job Duties:

• Assist Engineer to coordinate all site installation matters and report problems encountered onsite installation.
• Monitor, repair and maintain on-site air-conditioning systems, electrical installations and other electrical and mechanical equipment works.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
