Main Responsibilities

  • Perform settlement for Visa / MaterCard/ Merchants like AIAB/ Octopus/ EPSCO.
  • Arrange fund disbursement to customers via different channels like issuing cashier orders or requesting balance transfer.
  • Post financial and non-financial adjustment to designated customer loan/ card accounts.
  • Reconcile interchange data, GL balance and handle enquires from FCD for irregular items.
  • Collects data from Marketing- Business Analytics Team and regular reporting for Visa/ MasterCard/ JETCO/ UnionPay.
  • Handle mail-cheque payment, autopay setup and maintenance
  • Assists supervisor to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  • Provide administrative assistance like carton arrangement, invoice verification, stationery order and strong room management.


  • HKDSE or HKCEE with minimum 1 year experience in banking industry. For Assistant Officer Grade or above, minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Holder of LCCI Elementary certificate would be preferable.
  • Customer oriented and strong analytical thinking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge e.g. MS Office
