Responsibilities / 職責

Handle customers’ complaints and inquiries
Maintain and update complaint and product claim log book
Collect customer feedbacks and provide improvement suggestions
Responsible for sales orders taking and place orders to suppliers
Liaise with vendors and shipping lines to ensure the import and export documents and requirement are processed and met in compliance with HKSAR’s rules and regulations
Accurately and timely manage order information in the system
Prepares data analysis and regular reports
Occasional store or customer visit
Desired Skills & Experience / 期望的技能和經驗

Degree holder or above in Supply Chain or Logistics or other related disciplines
At least 5 years’ customer service experience, exposure to the fast food chain industry or retail market is preferred
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Proficient in MS Excel is an advantage
Customer-oriented, good interpersonal, communication skills and supervisory skills
Strong numerical sense, logical thinking, good time management and conscientious
