Supervise daily operation of the In-room Dining team to ensure a smooth work flow
Deliver quality Food & Beverage services to exceed guests’ expectations
Provide training to the team to deliver and ensure service excellence
Certificate or Diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of experience in renowned restaurants or hotel in-room dining, preferably in a supervisory role
Service-oriented with good communications skills
Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Sound knowledge in Micros cashier procedures
