Supervisor, Planning and Inventory Control

 Job Description:

  • Drive forecast accuracy improvement in the market for collaboration forecast and item level forecast.
  • Ensure kits availability in the market by kitting planning.
  • Review aged inventory to minimize the inventory obsolete risk.
  • Oversee the stock replenishment from mother warehouse to distribution center.
  • Manage and control with accurate inventory record.
  • Monitor and report Inventory accuracy for all Inventory locations in the market 
  • Conduct daily cycle counts programs in compliance of supply chain procedures/ Company policies.
  • Monitor SOX for all inventory locations and ensure compliance of controls as per process memo.
  • Ensure timely clear imported good from the Customs.
  • Communicate with third-party logistics companies to ensure all logistics processes smoothly.
  • Manage home delivery tracking and transport arrangement.
  • Work with 3PL to ensure product inspections are completed as per Quality SOP.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Business Science and/or Logistics.
  • At least 3 - 5 years working experience in Demand Planning/ Production Planning/ Material Planning , with minimum 1 – 2 years of managing a team.
  • Inventory Control , Project Management experience as a plus.
  • Certificates of CPIM/ CSCP are preferred.
  • Strong analytical & planning Skills. Project management skills will be an added advantage.
  • Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience with inventory planning systems and ERP software is a must with a preference for Oracle. Industry certificate is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English (both Oral & Written) and Mandarin, Bilingual as native speaker for local market.
  • Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation and interact effectively with all levels.
