Supervisor, Production Planning & Materials Control (Station PRC)

  • Report to General Manager and Factory Manager and assist on entire manufacture of the factory
  • Ensure the optimum production performance by collaborating on production scheduling, capacity and resources requirements analyzing and coordinate necessary adjustments
  • Maintain and monitor the usage of production materials and coordinate production materials requirements with Purchasing Team to assure adequate inventory
  • Ensure qualified output by maintaining and enhancing quality of raw materials, work flow improvement, identify and monitor the correction of quality problem areas


  • Higher Diploma or above in Production Engineering and Operations Management or any related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years or above solid factory management working experience
  • Professional knowledge gained in printing industry such as gift box, hang tags and label, etc.
  • Strong leadership with good interpersonal and communication skill, responsible, independent, initiative and positive work attitude
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
