In order to cope with our expansion, we are currently seeking high caliber candidates for the following position:-

Supervisor, Ramp Services

Job Ref.HAGSL/OP/RAMP-SVP/CT

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the equipment and manpower provision of all operational units and pre-alert Supervisor II and Duty Manager for the potential shortage and corresponding side effects
2. Oversee the online transfer activities including passenger, baggage, cargo and mail to ensure Minimum Connecting Time (MCT) is met and to protect OTP
3. Liaise with all operational units and make decision in accordance with the realtime situation, e.g. waiting for passenger or baggage, allocating delay code, etc.
4. Communicate and liaise with internal sections and external organizations for the updated information related to flight handling
5. Prepare flight handling report to summarize the irregularities when necessary
6. Maintain flight data, time log of all event and ensure its accuracy
7. Follow up with parties concerned for reasons and preventive actions for delayed departure due to flight handling irregularities
8. Monitor and attend AAHK Integrated Airport Centre (IAC) to liaise with all related parties for parking bay and towing arrangement
9. Attend IAC for flight slots assignment during flight disruption period
10. Prepare daily flight movement
11. Promote safety culture and attend training sessions as and when required
12. Complete other duties or assignment allocated by his/her superior

Requirement:

1. Post secondary or above
2. Minimum 4 years supervisory experience
3. Knowledge of airport ground operations including passenger and ramp handling
4. Well organized with good time management; able to work under pressure and independently
5. Willing to perform shift duty and overtime work
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
8. Holder of valid HK Driving licence Class 1 and 2 is preferable
