Supervisor ,Sales Operations Support/Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Management of relationships with customers in relation to: order management, customer service, logistics coordination and resolution of customer issues
  • Interface and coordinate with Operations, Product Management and Finance to ensure timely deliveries of customer product
  • Effectively communicate delivery schedules and schedule changes to customers/sales
  • Resolve product or service problems
  • Deal with complaints
  • Manage and update the customer database
    • Be responsible for the maintenance and distribution of customer reports, together with additional reports required by the sales department


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in customer service or sales operation support role, a degree in related field would be an asset
  • Solid experience in a sales environment and working with customer
  • Experience in manufacturing is an advantage
  • Strong customer service experience and communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skill
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office – strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
