Job description

Assist manager or assistant manager in managing his/her sub-team and manage MPF scheme accounts assigned including to handle all processing and servicing transactions of Contribution and fund switching within service requirement and regulatory guidelines.


  • Assist the manager or assistant manager in managing his/her sub-team to ensure fulfillment of service standards and statutory requirements on Contribution and fund switching processing
  • Monitors daily performance of his/her sub-team with respect to standards of accuracy, timeliness and productivity, and takes corrective action where necessary
  • Able to perform or review most of business processes and approves various business transactions up to predefined authority limits
  • Allocates work and monitors completion of business transactions according to the service standards and statutory timeline
  • Makes recommendations and execute process streamlining and service improvement initiatives
  • Coach and mentor staff so as to achieve the service standard and department objectives
  • Handle and resolve complicated issues or complaints and escalate to manager in a timely manner


  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in MPF industry
  • Knowledge of MPF, customer service principle and retirement fund operations
  • Good in analytical, planning and organizing skills
  • Customer focused, with good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good PC skills in MS Word & Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
