Hang Seng’s Business Services is a team of experienced banking operations professionals who strives for delivering time-to-market, efficient and world-class processing services to customers, corporations, financial institutions and internal units.

Supplied Services: Support vendor risk management for Business Services functions, and also responsible for the Bank’s banknote and coins processing and ATM management

Should you join our Business Services unit, you will focus on delivering excellent services through teaming up with fellow colleagues, business partners and Group Services Centers. You will work closely with our branch staff, relationship managers, product owners and IT teams. You will also be equipped with skills and mindset for process ownership, quality and risk management, high performance coaching, adaptive operating model, and effective cost management.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Supplied Services Associate, Remote Self Services Terminal Operations.


Principal responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints and disputes on non-branch Self Service Terminals and Machines (SST)
  • Implement control and re-assess the risk on GSC and external vendors' services
  • Monitor the performance of GSC's migrated services, e.g. Customer claim investigation and SST monitoring
  • Monitor the performance of external vendors by regular management reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to provide quality service of the Bank's SST
  • Support the implementation of projects and business initiatives



  • University graduates in related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of two years’ relevant banking experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Able to work in tight timeline and under pressure
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
