Operations – Supplied Services Department

Hang Seng’s Operations is a team of experienced banking operations professionals who strives for delivering time-to-market, efficient and world-class processing services to customers, corporations, financial institutions and internal units.

Supplied Services Department is the dedicated unit to manage and oversee vendor management function for Operations functions, and is responsible for the Bank’s operations on central cash processing, self-service terminal (SST) operations, control and monitoring, customer correspondence printing, logistics and courier, and document scanning and storage.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Supplied Services Manager, Foreign Currency Notes.


Principal responsibilities

  • Oversee, direct and manage the overall operations, including but not limited to central cash processing, self-service terminal operation and vendor management.
  • Ensure the compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, policies and procedures covering the operations.
  • Oversee the risk and control of the team’s operations and implement process improvement projects.
  • Assist the Head of Supplied Services to drive and implement process re-engineering projects and other managerial tasks.
  • Communicate with internal departments, external vendors and Group counterparts to provide quality services for the Bank, especially on banknote and gold bullion affairs.



  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' working experience, ideally with exposure in operations management, business analytical skills and risk management.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
