Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the supply chain performance including inventory planning, shipping, warehousing, order management and transportation
  • Lead a team to carry out sourcing and stock replenishment requirements
  • Manage stock level and avoid wastage
  • Align with sales and supply chain units to support company growth and ensure a smooth operation
  • Initiate and carry out continuously improvement programs


  • Bachelor degree in supply chain management, agricultural, nutrition, food science or related disciplines
  • 5+ years supply chain management experience in food and beverage or retail industry with at least 2 years in managerial role; Food Trading or Food Service experience is a definite advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Strong in Excel, sensitive to numbers, and knowledge of Oracle system
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available preferred

Candidate with less experience and capability will be considered as Assistant Supply Chain Manager. Attractive remuneration will be given to right candidate.
