  • Responsible for suppliers’ compliance with logistic requirements
  • Compile routine reports on stock level with using data from SAP; monitor current inventory level and ensure that a stable supply is maintained
  • Instruction of suppliers regarding the required logistic specifications
  • Responsible for the suppliers’ improvement in accuracy and efficiency in regards to production capacity and supply planning. Thus, frequent trips to the production areas are necessary
  • Provide basic analytical and administrative support to the purchasing department
  • Monitor and analyze logistics solutions in the Asian market
  • Development of logistic standards and solutions in co-operation with the central logistics




  • Relevant experience in shipping, warehousing, logistics, customs procedures
  • Work independently, self-motivated with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with local and western culture and business practices
  • Able to collaborate with others to develop solutions and resolve problems
  • Must develop solutions to meet the customer’s needs
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Experience in SAP is preferred
  • Occasional traveling to China and overseas required
