Our client is a leading company looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing and achieving the objective of the Integrated Materials Management program in Japan (customer satisfaction and program growth
  • Support the Japan team in the areas of Order Management, Inventory control, forecasting, expediting, data analysis, reporting and customer relations
  • Work at the functional or grogram level to oversee administration of support plans and supply change management processes
  • Performs independent analysis, defines integrated logistics support requirements, prepare estimates and schedules
  • Directly report to the Japan Regional Manager
  • Assist in the development of office documentation
  • Identify special demand requests from customers and determine best practice for implementation
  • Additional tasks when assign

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Supply Chain Management / Material Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 year relevant experience
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office application, such as Word, Excel, Access & Powerpoint
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Detailed-minded and problem solving skills
