Your 'day to day'

You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. You will support the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC).

. Manage day-to-day supply planning processes. Liaise with Synch Hub Planning, Packing Hub and business partners to ensure supply to market OTIF. This includes leading the communication and ensuring the production requirements are defined and collaborate accurately. Monitor Overall EMS Supply Performance. Continuous improvement and simplification of processes are key to ensure mutual understanding and smooth supply planning process.
. Support manager to set-up/maintain Standard Operation Procedures with assigned supplier to support order fulfilment with the objective to achieve OTIF. Develop, implement and review supplier's monthly KPI performance and trigger actions for improvement.
. Define production requirement with the consideration of rework, RMA inventory and component transition plan. Communicate requirement accurate with EMS and taking into account all operational constraints (e.g. installed capacity, uptime, shutdowns, components supply) and trigger all feasible actions to remove constraints.
. Manage Short Term Plan (STP) Changes, i.e. planning of regular & ad-hoc non-commercial requirements while giving the right prioritization to EMS and collaborate confirmed shipment plan and constraints with business partners.
. Regular review supply plan with EMS to understand risk and opportunities. Mitigate supply disruption risk through escalating issues to business partners such as Material Planning, Quality, EMS Manager, etc. for support requirement.
. Ensure smooth transition during resourcing projects, i.e. coordinate with Material Planning team to move components from EMS to Packing Hub or between existing and new EMS.

Who we're looking for

. University degree in Business Administration /Supply chain/Industrial Engineer
. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning with exposure to a multinational environment preferable in the electronic business environment.
. Project Management Experience, Action oriented, Priority Setting, Problem Solving, Standing Alone, Learning on the fly, Listening, Organizational Agility
. Functional skills: Good knowledge of SAP, Excellent MS Office skills (particularly Excel - including creation & analysis of large database) and Workpoint
. Able to work in a multifaceted organization and fast-paced environment
. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
