Responsibilities

  • Support status reports to client
  • Update and maintain supporting reports monthly/weekly as client requests.
  • Manage customers’ requests on application support and maintenance.
  • To provide help desk support (phone-in and email) to our solution
  • To assist technical team to handle customer requirement by conducting application diagnosis and identify problem defects

Qualification Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • At least 1-2 year working experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • As a good team player to work in cooperative manner, self-motivated, attentive to details
  • With good services mind-set and willing to learn
  • Independent, good coordination and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarina.
  • Good in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word-processing
  • Flexible and capable to adjust to the fast-paced IT environment and user requirements
  • Plan and work critically and logically
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, strive to carry out tasks which improve own and/or team effectiveness
  • Working as a team player, playing an active role in maintaining and developing service quality
  • Immediately Available is highly preferable
