Support Engineer (Fresh Graduates welcome)

You will
  • Provide timely and effective 1 st  & 2 nd  tier system support services
  • Handle customer tickets in a timely manner
  • Enable overseas support services center and assist in company Support Services initiatives
  • Lead systems troubleshooting, debugging, installation & configuration (such as Kiosk, Point-of-Sale, payment devices & printers)
  • Work with project management team to prioritize and organise support activities
  • Assist in development of local service SOP
You have
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computing Science, Information System or related discipline
  • 0-3 years or above relevant work experience in IT Management/System Management
  • Sounds knowledge in configuring enterprise-wide system platform, LANS, WANs, WLANS & VPNs
  • Self-driven with Can‐do attitude & problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills in both Written & Spoken English and Chinese
