We are seeking a bright and friendly individual with excellent communication skills and a track record for providing great customer service to join our Hong Kong organization in providing IT support and project services to our growing client base. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive salary & benefits. You will have a unique opportunity to work in a variety of challenging IT environments to quickly build up your IT and communication skills.


  •          Provide regular scheduled to systemsGo clients (MNCs)
  •          Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support at client office.
  •          Complete project tasks as instructed by Project Managers on client or internal projects
  •          Actively build on IT and communication skills to improve on skill set and effectiveness
  •          Occasional after-hours assignments with appropriate compensation


  •          3-5 years’ experience in IT helpdesk role or technical support role, supporting MNC preferred
  •          Comfortable working in a team or individually
  •          Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
  •          Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
  •          Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must
  •          Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred
  •          Windows 7/8 MCP/MCITP, MCTS/MCDST, MCSA/MCSE highly desirable
  •          Experience in networking setup and support is a definite advantage
  •          Experience with help desk/ticketing systems preferred
  •          Overseas applicants will not be considered at this stage
  •          IMMEDIATE Available or Short Notice is highly recommended
