Support Engineer (SE-181205)

The successful candidate will take the responsibility of being a Support Engineer, providing technical support, performing project implementation and customer service activities. The primary responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to corporate clients
  • Setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of networks and servers
  • Handle customer technical enquiries and product/system demonstration
  • Manage projects and work on project implementation, system installation and commissioning

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge on computer hardware, systems and software applications.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working
  • Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem resolution.
  • 1 year working experience on servers and networking is preferred

 (Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered)
