Lead the technical support team to provide professional system implementation and maintenance work
Define the IT service policies, procedures, workflow, and standards ensuring the consistency of service delivery
Act as the prime focal escalation point to liaise with customers on all service deliverables and incidents
Manage the system/application production environment and the team to ensure stability, security and availability
Degree holder in Information Technology, or related discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in managing service desk and user support as a Manager or similar supervisory role
Good interpersonal skill and able to drive the team to meet commitment and delivery quality service level
Fluent in English and mandarin
Independent, analytical, presentable, aggressive, self-motivated with strong presentation and communication skills
Well organized, a good team player
Able to work independently & under pressure
Immediately available is preferred
