About the role

As first line support for APAC's Market Data infrastructure, you will be responsible for supporting both servers, applications, and connectivity, ensuring Market Data is available to the relevant users and applications. Responsible for the operation and implementation of market data environments which mainly include:
  • Maintainance and support of market data infrastructure
  • Trouble-shooting / problem resolution
  • Coordination/Escalation to market data vendors and exchanges in the region for their data content / technical issues
  • Manage vendors to drive change, and support
  • Deliver production changes after trading hours, including testing
  • Implement and improve monitoring tools
  • Ensure market data systems are functioning with max capacity
Required Job Skills
  • Experience with Technical engagement relating to financial exchanges and 3rd market data suppliers
  • Knowledge of financial/banking industry and Data content for APAC markets
  • Experience with Market data delivery platforms (TREP/BBG/Direct exchange feeds)
  • Experience with market data entitlement systems such as DACS/DART and contribution/publishing platforms
  • Knowledge of market data monitoring tools and systems
  • Support experience with server Operating Systems like Red Hat Linux and Windows environment
  • IT Service Management knowledge and mindset including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management.
