What You'll Do

Job Summary

  • Support on end user computing (Anti-Virus, security patch update, OS upgrade, software & hardware upgrade)
  • Perform desktop, laptop, server & network administration and support
  • Perform shopping mall service support including public WiFi, mall directory, footfall cameras
  • Perform duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor or senior management

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first tier support services to end users
  • Carry out computer, software system installation. Perform hardware move and changes
  • Manage software licenses and hardware inventory
  • Follow group standards and policies as needed
  • Communicate with vendors for procurement and maintenance
  • Provide support on video conferencing via Zoom, Teams and AV facilities in meeting rooms

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holders or above in IT related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in end user computing suppport
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory
  • Hands on experience in PC problem diagnosis and user support
  • Knowledge in support multimedia and mobility devices
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
