Sushi Chef


Job descriptions:

  • Carry out daily operation on food preparation and cooking assigned by the Head Chef
  • Responsible for preparing all types of fusion Sushi, Maki, Nigiri and sashimi
  • Maintain the stock control of Sushi Bar for daily usage
  • Ensure that food and plating to meet quality standards
  • Ensure work safety and food hygiene standards
  • Carry out any other duties as required by Head Chef when needed


  • Min 1-year relevant experience
  • Good Hygiene knowledge
  • Able to work in a busy kitchen efficiently
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English
