Sustainability Manager (Real Estate Industry)

Responsibilities:
- Advise the Building Services (BS) Team Members / Project Managers and BS Team Head to supervise Sustainability / Environmental consultants’ performance and review consultants’ deliverables
- Coordinate with other project consultants and in-house project teams, and contractors to deliver the project
- Review and comment contractors’ submissions
- Assist in strategic sustainability planning of Chinachem Group (CCG)
- Prepare proposal for the initiatives relating to sustainable environment and development
- Obtain the updated market information in sustainability and carry out research study in the field
- Coordinate with the top and Senior Management for individual departmental sustainability key performance index, plan and implementation
- Monitor and report the progress of yearly sustainability plan of CCG
- Supervise the works of consultant for Group sustainability
- Promote sustainability within CCG
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience including at least 9 years in building related experience
- Qualified BEAM Pro and LEED AP
- Experienced in MTRC property development projects will be an advantage
- Good initiative and leadership skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
