SVP, Head of Relationship Management - Private Banking

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Relationship Banking Officers to achieve assigned targets;
• Handle client relationships from perspective of providing tailored solutions;
• Promote full range of Private Banking products and services;
• Ensure the team is in full compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines
• Groom the Relationship Managers to support the business;
• Acquire wide range of product knowledge and continuous updates on global investment market.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas are required
• Possess CPWP certification or pass in relevant papers
• Minimum 8 years of Private Banking or relevant experience (including Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking experience); knowledge in credit an advantage
• Sales and customer oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Frequent travelling to Mainland China is required
