Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the team to conduct on-site and off-site reviews on banking products including Investment & Insurance products and General Branch Operations, AML and KYC procedures within the established timeline.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures are followed.
  • Escalate the major discrepancies to his / her supervisor immediately
  • Identifying ineffectiveness, control loopholes and risks in operating procedures and advise corresponding measures.
  • Preparing review reports with detailed findings and recommendations and follow with management's responses and rectification.
  • Support and provide input to NGS for fraud alert monitoring.
  • Arrange branch briefing with frontline associates to enhance the quality.


  • Degree holder with minimum of 10 years of banking experience or financial institutions
  • Sound knowledge in selling wealth products, AML and KYC procedures
  • Good understanding of consumer banking products and services as well as branch operations
  • Familiar with banking ordinance and regulations / guidelines issued by HKMA and SFC
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
