  • Urgent need of a team junior to support supervisory framework and BAU Governance processes whilst looking for a permanent member of the COO team.

Client Details

Client is a Swiss i-bank looking for a junior business manager working in the Equities COO team focusing on Client Trading and Execution.


  • Supporting the governance framework of Client Trading and Execution including:
  • Facilitating key governance meetings such Electronic Trading Committee, Crossfinder governance
  • Co-ordinating meeting packs and minutes
  • Action tracking
  • Ensuring approval documentations are maintained

  • Supporting supervisory framework including:
    • Key supervisory duties are completed
    • Error forms and myincidents are completed
    • Block leave compliance
    • Quarterly tyre kicks
  • Supporting Regulatory/Exchange Inquiries
  • Facilitating Audits, Review or Queries from Compliance, Operational Risk and Internal Audits
  • Project Management Support on key projects - client onboarding/AES 2/ Execution Controls Periodic Reviews

  • At least 3 years+ working experience connected to Equities/Global Markets (potentially internal audit, ORM or compliance)
  • Strong understanding of Equites Client Trading and Execution.
  • Competencies around People, Process and Project Management.
  • At least an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or Accounting related areas.
  • Knowledge of the current changing regulatory climate (SFC Electronic Trading, MiFID, Dodd Frank, etc,) as well as any experience within the Control Governance space.
  • Analytical and numerical skills (with advanced excel skills and technology skills).
  • Strong interpersonal skill to build and maintain strong and lasting business relationships.
  • A high level of attention to detail with good multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
