Duties:
The appointee will be responsible for (i) providing helpdesk support to users; (ii) supporting the audio/video equipment for classrooms and events; (iii) IT asset management; (iv) computer operations support; (v) desktop configuration, deployment, administration and upgrade; (vi) assisting his/her supervisor on server and network services monitoring and (vii) system administration support tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor.
Appointment Criteria:
Applicants should: (i) have a recognised Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines; (ii) have at least 1 year of relevant work experience; (iii) have experience in providing helpdesk support, preferably with exposure in administering desktop PC, servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 platform, firewall, wired and wireless network devices; (iv) have excellent analytical skills; and (v) be proactive, a good team player and able to work independently with capability in compiling documentation and a sense of accountability.
