System Administrator

  • To manage all internal/external system performances and resolve any problems.
  • To responsible for System installation, upgrades, migration and implementation and maintain a high standard of systems availability and efficiency.
  • To escalate unresolved issues and provide consultation, support and operational solutions within time limits
  • To support network troubleshoot and resolving hardware, software, LAN and communications problems
  • To monitor i nternal/external database resources
  • To provide all necessary domain, IP management, Network, Internet Connection, LAN, Router setup and technical support.
  • To provide system/data Backup, Network Cabling, Site Inspection and Anti-Virus cleaning.
  • To prepare accurate and timely reports together with document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals


  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant 3-5 years working experience
  • Hands-on experience with Windows environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, LAN, Wireless LAN, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote support software e.g. Teamviewer, Anydesk  
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Additional certification in Microsoft or similar technologies is a plus
  • SOAP, XML, JSON API support experience preferred
  • Highest level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Self-starter with ability to apply initiative and team sprit
  • Good communication and customer service skills
