• Responsible for network and server administration and support activities for infrastructure related to SAP in data center
• Administrate network infrastructure and data security including network, firewalls, servers, hardware and software etc. operated in data center and office
• To perform regular monitoring and maintenance on firewalls, networks, servers, storage health checks, capacity monitoring, fault diagnosis and problem management to ensure a stable and secure operating environment and protected from breach or viruses
• Work closely with external vendors and internal teams on requires infrastructure maintenance and enhancement
• Handle and verify quotation and billing with service providers
• Document technical procedures and standards for control purposes

We are looking for

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines with CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and MCSE (Microsoft Certificated Solutions Expert) qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience
• Strong experience and knowledge in LAN \ WAN management, firewall (FortiGate and Palo Alto), Switch, AP & Router management and security, SAN storage management, virtualization solution on VMware cluster and vCenter, SSL VPN and backup solution implementation with Net backup and Veeam
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and SQL server management
• Experience in Lunix server, DB2 database related to SAP will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express technical design and concept
• Able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule
• Responsible, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized and prioritize effectively
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of people
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
