Job Description

• Report to the System Support Manager
• Responsible for system administration and support of the project
• Coordinate with various parties
• Resolve conflicts and manage crisis
• Monitor the progress of various activities including handling of daily and periodic maintenance actions, provision of information and data, technical skill transfer, system documentation, modification of frontend and backend software programs, etc.
• Plan and schedule meetings
• Report any IT security incident found; carry out investigation of confirmed IT incident case; prepare and submit the IT security incident report
• Carry out any other activities assigned by the System Support Manager

Job Requirements

• Hong Kong Degree holder in IT-related disciplines or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience including at least 3 years in relation to 2 or more of the following hardware/software components:
  • Web and application servers
  • UNIX server
  • Windows server
  • Database server
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
