System Analyst / Analyst Programmer / Programmer (Digital & Fintech)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Owners to deliver technology solutions so as to achieve established strategic digital transformation goals of the Bank and operational efficiency enhancements
• Perform system analyses, design, testing, development, maintenance and support for e-banking related systems (e.g. Mobile/Internet Applications) and operational efficiency systems (e.g. Robotic/AI)
• Facilitate project delivery in Agile way of works
• Supervise & coach developers and perform quality assurance on development deliverables
• Assist in project management, vendor management & governance of end-to-end project delivery
• Collaborate with team members, develop and implement project activities to achieve projects and goals

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking applications
• Experience in digital solutions is preferable (Biometric, Open API, Mobile solution, Robotic, AI & Machine Learning, etc.)
• Solid experience in JAVA and knowledge in framework (e.g. Java Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
• Knowledge in mobile programming (e.g. Swift, React Native, Android SDK), Agile & DevOps, RESTFul API and Microservices is an advantage
• Proficiency in development and supports on banking applications
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
