The System Analyst participates in a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions development, implementation, administration and support of a variety of applications and softwares in the Birgma Asia information technology application environment.
The role is broadly split between providing day-to-day operational support for existing application services and users of those services, and project based work leading to the development and deployment of new application services.
Responsibilities:
Be a member of local development team supporting regional users and a member of global development team for global initiatives
Provide support and maintenance of in-house systems to ensure service quality and execution of business processes smoothly
Diagnose and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests to ensure timely resolution and quality deliverables
Analyze user requirements and assess detailed solutions from system perspectives
Solution Design, develop, test, and deploy high quality solutions that meet business requirements and specification contributing to business competitiveness and operation efficiency
Implement new system with user training and post implementation review
Perform other activities and duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in MNC with support to overseas offices
Experience in development and support in ERP system- Microsoft Dynamic 365 or AX
Experience in T-SQL and SQL Server Integration Services
Experience in .NET or C#, web and client/server application would be an advantage
Understand application development methodologies, Big Data Architecture
Ability to follow corporate standards, existing methods and development platform
Good communication skill in liaising with various levels of users and management and deliver applicable solutions in team work
Ability to work proactively with minimal direction
Knowledge in Project Management, ITIL and ITSM methodology and implementation
Strong communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
