1.     System Architect/Engineer

         Job Description:

  • Perform hands-on solution design, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in supporting of projects
  • Perform detailed analysis of requirements and solutions to ensure effectiveness, relevance, accuracy and robust controls
  • Work closely with customer experience and development teams
  • Produce technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
  • Perform and support various testing activities including unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Develop and analyze digital solution options based on business demand
  • Ensure solutions are salable and meet overall business requirements, translating clients’ requirements into architectural designs and technology solutions

Key Competencies & Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Experience in enterprise applications design, development, deployment and integration
  • Hands-on experience of programming language in Python/ Java/ C#/ PHP/ .Net is an advantage
  • Willingness to be a challenger to the traditional way
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in digital solution consulting or development or a production IT environment managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas.
  • Ability to write architectural design documents or review design documents provided by others.
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies and ability to apply trends to architectural needs
  • Experience in architecture and solutioning of enterprise applications (Cloud-based platforms like AWS, AliCloud) and digital capabilities (e.g. APIs, microservices architecture)
  • Experience in working with ICT enterprises, System Integrators, and Consulting firms as solution partners is preferred
  • Experience in concepts, principles and implementation approaches of service oriented architecture (digital) is an advantage
  • Experience with Lean UX Design Thinking is an advantage but not essential

 

 2.   Solution Consultant/Manager (Infrastructure)

       Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external parties on business solutions design (Mainly on infrastructure)
  • Obtain requirement from customer IT/application staffs
  • Provide IT solution and cost on both the existing client RFS (Request For Service) or new business
  • Provide technical/commercial/general guidance to solution team member
  • Involve in Technical Design Authority (TDA) activities to bring value to existing managed operations services such that to create more business opportunities for all clients
  • Pre-sales support on IT solution

       Requirements:

  • Degree or above in IT or any relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years' of relevant working experience, with 3 years' experience in IT consultant role is a must
  • Familiar with IT solution technologies (e.g. Virtualization, SAN technology and etc)
  • Solid experience in enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g. Windows, RedHat Linux, UNIX, AS400, hyper-v, VMware, SAN storage, Network)
  • Solid experience to deal with clients, getting requirements from business users and/or senior IT management
  • Solid experience to design Virtualization (VMware, hyper-v, Xen server) solution
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, independent, good presentation & negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
  • Solid experience to response Government Tender is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Solution Manager/Solution Designer

 

3   Test  supervisor 

Requirements:

  • 5 years or above software testing experience with proven testing project leadership skills.
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
  • Solid experience in test planning and execution for large scale projects involving multiple applications.
  • Familiar with manual and automation tests, performance test execution/tools as well as automated test scripts preparation.
  • Strong leadership skills with mature presence to ensure effective communication and partnership with QA testers and other project members.
  • Possess strong analytical skill, able to initiate and drive the whole testing projects.
  • Strong knowledge in software testing process and methodology, and System Development Life Cycle.
  • Experiences in working with 3rd party development and testing teams.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player.
  • Software testing experience for Macau Casino/Resort Opening, Gaming & CRM, Front of House and Back of House Projects.
  • Software testing certification such as CSTE, ISTQB is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design the overall test strategy, approach and related test arrangements of projects.
  • Identify test scope from project documentation e.g. business requirement, functional specification and prepare test plan document.
  • Responsible for testing effort estimates.
  • Review test scripts/test cases to ensure adequate and appropriate test coverage.
  • Manage and control the testing processes, including milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor test progress, quality and defect management. Review test result and defects found to maintain test quality and facilitate the overall test if any critical issues found.
  • Lead and coach QA testers.
  • Provide overall test project progress update regularly, identify any potential system quality issues and escalate to team manager.

 


7.) Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the overall service and day-to-day customer care in the provision of those services. Manage the production service providers to improve service performance where the delivered service is not meeting SLA or customer’s required levels.
  • Act as point of contact to interface with multiple stakeholders including our Client, internal service teams, system vendors on regular basis
  • Maintain and monitor the service level requirement and standard performed by the service providers, handle client’s requirement and issues management.
  • Perform high level problem management and to escalate and liaise with other service teams to get appropriate support and resources in dealing with problems/risks
  • Conduct monthly report and service review, trend and root cause analysis, identify and lead continuous improvement plan for the Client

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in service delivery, IT service desk operation and critical support environment. Strong operational process management expertise in ITIL and or other operation frameworks
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues (locally and overseas). A proactive self-starter with the ability to work as a team, independently and under pressure.
  • Customer focused and strives for high quality service & continuous improvement
