System Development Engineer (Ref: M18312)

You will develop and oversee the asset performance management framework to ensure governance on costing and undertake asset management activities for various disciplines and functions throughout the asset life cycle. You will monitor the performance and condition of equipment from system-wide perspective, ensure compliance with asset management through system implementation check, participate in improvement initiatives, as well as conduct regular review and update of associated procedures and instructions. You will also perform budget planning and control, conduct benchmarking studies and establish life cycle cost mechanism to ensure sustainable productivity gain from existing and new assets.

You should have a Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Civil / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with at least 4 years’ post-graduate experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level. Proficiency in asset management information system and extensive exposure to contemporary engineering systems and maintenance practices are essential.

Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered.
