Responsibilities

  • To manage the development and implementation of IT systems, in particular, document management system and intranet;
  • To conduct analysis, design and planning of new application systems;
  • To evaluate and implement system enhancement on existing systems;
  • To recommend new workflow to improve process efficiency and data quality;
  • To co-ordinate and collaborate with internal users and external contractors for the development of new application systems and enhancement of existing systems;
  • To provide support and troubleshooting to developed systems; and
  • To provide training to IT support staff and end-users after implementation.

Requirements

  • A degree in information technology, information system, computer science or a related discipline;
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in business process re-engineering, system analysis, design and implementation, preferably in sizable organizations or public bodies;
  • Solid knowledge and experience in the implementation of document management system with substantial exposure to IT security management;
  • Hands-on experience on Microsoft.Net platform including Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or  above, SharePoint 2013 or above, Visual Studio 2015, C#, MVC, LINQ, Entity Framework, Workflow, OCR;
  • Experience in one or more of the following systems is advantageous: eDiscovery, intranet, case management system, HR and financial management systems;
  • Good analytical and project management skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
  • Good interpersonal skills, hardworking, a good team player and able to work independently and under pressure.

Terms of Appointment

A competitive remuneration package inclusive of a contract-end gratuity and annual leave will be offered to the successful candidate. The appointee will be offered a 1-year fixed-term contract, renewable depending on operational needs and performance.
