System Engineer (Ref.11590)

  • 5-day week


  • Provide IT support to user and solve problem remotely or assign to relevant system engineer to follow up
  • Identify and note IT related problem to service request and handle follow up ticket in system
  • Handle IT Service Desk tasks, such as meeting support, walk-in cases / requests,
  • Trouble-shooting on various IT related issue
  • Prepare and present reports and communicate with business stakeholders
  • Non-office hour on-call standby support is required occasionally


  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of working experience of IT support, preferably has hands-on experience in supporting Windows Office suite
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, (Mandarin is a plus);
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success with good understanding of corporate strategic planning process
  • Good time-management skills
  • Understand and efficiency in collaboration ITIL is preferred
  • Knowledge in Windows 10, Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)
  • A team player, self-motivated and interested on technology with Good interpersonal and communication skill.

*Shift Duty is required (From Monday to Friday at 0730-1630, 0830-1730, 0930-1830)
