Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration for system
- Maintenance support and troubleshooting for clients
- Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
- Implementation and maintenance support in system and networking security solutions
- Working with networking security solutions vendors
- Pre-sales support
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
- With solid experience in SI companies would be an advantage
- Self-motivated, quick learner and strong sense of responsibility
- Effective team player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior System Engineer
