**Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm) 

(Senior/Junior) System Engineer (18K-40K)    

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT infrastructure support./administration - Perform installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of OS, hardware & software
  • Prepare technical design, documentations. - Liaise with vendor/supplier to setup IT infrastructure
  • Provide assistance to project manager to lead and drive projects
  • Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including OS, hardware & software
  • Support focus on Windows or Linux or Virtualization / Cloud
  • Prepare technical documentation & User Manual
  • Assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holders or above in IT related disciplines
  • 2 years relevant working experience in IT industry in Microsoft platform (Windows Server)
  • Prefer experience on Linux platform but not a must
  • Knowledge of Cloud, Server and Desktop Virtualization platform (VMware, Citrix), Storage System (NAS, SAN) & inter-networking (switch & firewall) is preferred
  • Certificate Holders of MCSE / MCITP / LPI / ITIL would be advantage
  • Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & inter-personal skill
  • More experience will be as Senior System Engineer 
  • Less experience / fresh graduate will also consider as Junior Engineer with on job training

   

Service Desk Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the team leader to manage and support the team related to IT technical issues
  • Coordinate well with internal and external parties to ensure that all services in scope are delivered and aligned with service level agreement
  •  

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher level in IT related qualifications
  • At least 5 years of IT related management experience in service delivery and end user service desk management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive thinking
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English

 

IT Support Engineer / IT Trainee (Fresh consider)

Responsibilities:
•        Provide helpdesk support and technical services over the phone or email
•        PC hardware and Software installation
•        Perform daily routine task and system operation
•        Assist in IT infrastructure setup, email service and system backup operation

Requirements:
•        Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
•        At least one year working experience in ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues on desktop and network problem
•        Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role that are related to Mac and Windows platform
•        Server, Windows-based PC, applications and Mobile devices
 

Welcome fresh graduate with relevant IT knowledge will be considered as Trainee with on job training
