The Challenge We Pose to You:
- Provide professional support to Cloud & Network Services Team
- Participate in meeting with customer for discussing the project detail in pre-sales stage
- Participate in project implementation meeting
- IT infrastructure project implementation
- Manage outsourced hardware and software vendor or partner
- Provide skill transfer to internal operation team and customer
- Provide 2nd Tier Support & Troubleshooting
What You Bring to Us:
- Degree or above in Computing / Information Technology or related discipline.
- At latest 4 years working experiences in system integration and project implementation. More experience candidate will be considered as Senior System Engineer

Design and implementation experiences of followings are mandatory:
- VMware Virtual Infrastructure (vCenter, vSphere, vSAN, NSX);
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Microsoft Windows Server;
- Linux Server;
- Basic server-side scripting –Windows Power Shell and Linux Shell / Perl / Python
- Knowledge of network virtualization, network security is an advantage
- Knowledge of popular backup and disaster recovery solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge of virtualization other than VMware is an advantage
- Analytical, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- On-demand phone, email and on-site support are required
